The Graton Community Clubhouse is available for rent on an hourly or daily basis for daytime and evening use. Amenities include:
- 1400 square foot carpeted main hall
- large kitchen (non commercial)
- 800 square foot dining area
- stage with theatrical lighting capability
- accessible restroom
- easy main street access with on-street parking
- 113 person maximum capacity for dining; 150 person maximum for non-dining use
Hourly (4 hours or less): Sunday – Friday: $50.00 per hour
Day Use (5 to 8 hours): Saturdays $400 (minimum); Sunday – Friday: $350
Refundable cleaning/security deposit: $250.00
Discounts: Available to ongoing classes, non-profit organizations, Club members and events with 25 or fewer attendees.
Event Liability Insurance
All renters must provide insurance coverage against damage, injury and loss during their use of the Clubhouse. This coverage can usually be acquired through a renter’s homeowners or business policy or an insurance agency (examples below).
